By examining your past in detail we can understand the relationships and events that have shaped you, and your more hidden, unconscious thoughts and feelings. The process of exploration will help you discover how you really feel, why you do what you do, and how to work toward deep and positive change. Over time, this will lessen your fears, ease your pain and help you feel more in control of aspects of your life.
